Smooth painted wooden panels are the company’s flagship product, extremely versatile, find great application in the construction of interior doors, exterior windows and, above all, armored doors. 

 

The structure made of chipboard, MDF or poplar plywood is counterbalanced on the back and veneered on the front side in the most precious woods, carefully jointed.

​

Paints are acrylic, solvent-free and anti-yellowing with an anti-scratch finish. Our production line is completely automized and painting process is carried out in three phases, to ensure greater resistance and durability, by intensifying the wood softness and warmth.

 

​The final application of the adhesive film on the panels’ surface allows its protection throughout the further processing phases and transportation.

 

By following new furniture and interior design trends, in addition to painted wooden panels, smooth lacquered MDF panels (one side lacquered) are characterized by an extraordinary color rendering and resistance.

The advanced automation of the production line means that, even for lacquered panels, the colors are widely customizable, even for small quantities.
